Develop and continuously refine the Admissions & Enrollment Strategy in alignment with short-term and long-term objectives set by the Board of Management.
Build, manage, and ensure successful delivery of the system-wide enrollment plans across all centers.
Allocate enrollment targets to regions and individual centers in a realistic and achievable manner; regularly analyze performance trends and key business indicators to propose timely improvement solutions.
Prepare annual and periodic enrollment budgets, including forecasting and cost optimization plans for admissions operations.
Monitor, analyze, and report enrollment performance metrics to the Board of Management with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Manage the assigned admissions budget and closely track financial performance against actual results.
Motivate, coach, and drive performance effectiveness of Admissions Managers and Admissions Teams across the system.
Lead recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and promotion decisions for admissions personnel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to develop a sustainable admissions ecosystem, including partners and affiliates.
Conduct competitive market analysis and propose effective enrollment and positioning strategies to strengthen competitiveness.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Academic, Operations, and Finance departments to ensure smooth execution of admissions initiatives.
Evaluate the feasibility of locations for new center development based on market demand and enrollment potential.
Lead and oversee the expansion and launch of new branches/centers, ensuring enrollment readiness and operational alignment.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Management.
2 Requirements
7+ years of experience in admissions, education sales, or enrollment management.
Proven leadership experience managing multi-site or regional teams.
Strong understanding of education market (English, K12, adult learning preferred).
Data-driven, results-oriented, and strong people leadership skills.
