Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily accounting operations and month-end closing activities.
  • Review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and monitor cash flow.
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and management reports.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate annual audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting.
  • Control direct costs and overhead expenses to ensure budget compliance.
  • Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
  • Handle customs finalization reports and ensure regulatory compliance where applicable.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • 12-15 years of Finance & Accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in Manufacturing or FMCG industries is highly preferred.
  • Good command of English and experience with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
