Location: VinFast overseas markets
- Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Manage cost accounting (product costing, variances, inventory, WIP)
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Oversee inventory and fixed assets
- Supervise accounting team and improve processes
- Partner with production and operations for financial insights
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
Experience
- At least 6 years of experience in asset/cost accounting.
- Prefer candidates with experience in manufacturing companies, large corporations, using SAP system, or Big4.
Knowledge & Skills
- Good understanding of accounting rules and standards.
- Good Excel skills; able to analyze and summarize data.
- Careful, honest, responsible, able to work independently and in a team.
Language
- Good English communication skills.
