Handle full set of accounts and bank reconciliation for month-end and yearly closing.
Prepare and file Quarterly GST returns with Singapore tax authority.
Process employee claims and ensure they comply with the company's policy.
Prepare cash flow forecast and inter-company debts settlement.
Liaise with the external auditors, tax agents, and bankers on audit, taxation, banking, and other finance related matters.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records and the transactions are adhered to the company's policies, accounting standards and statutory regulations.
Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by line managers.
Requirements
Proven working experience as Financial Planning and Analysis
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
Good skills in computer, especially Microsoft Excel
Good time management skills
High dependency with sense of urgency, responsibility and result oriented
