Position Overview
The Full-Time Accounting Intern will support the Services Accounting team in day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company policies. This role offers a hands-on learning experience in a dynamic, international environment, providing exposure to key areas of accounting, reporting, and financial administration.

Who Are We Looking For
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Skills & Qualifications:
- Understanding of accounting and international financial reporting principles (IFRS) and practices.
- Good at English (both written and spoken).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Xero, Eleven) is a plus.
- Ability to work full-time and commit to the internship duration.

What Will You Do
- Assist with Financial Records:
- Support in recording, organizing, and maintaining financial data in accounting systems.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, invoices, and expense records.
- Support Month-End Closing:
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and accounts payable/receivable tasks.
- Ensure Compliance:
- Help ensure transactions comply with internal policies and local accounting regulations.
- Support document preparation for internal and external audits.
- Data Management:
- Assist in updating and maintaining accounting records and documentation.
- Support with data entry tasks and ensure information accuracy.
- Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative assistance to the Accounting team.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.
