About The Role
As an
AccountingAssistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of financial outsourcing services, manage client relationships, and support the team in achieving operational excellence. This position requires strong technical accounting expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to drive efficiency while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of associates and senior associates, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of outsourcing services (bookkeeping, reconciliations, reporting, etc.).
- Act as the key contact for clients, managing expectations, resolving escalations, and building long-term partnerships.
- Review financial deliverables to ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and client requirements.
- Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance technical and professional skills.
- Collaborate with senior management in planning, resource allocation, and process improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities for expanding service scope and contribute to business development activities.
- Prepare and present client performance reports, highlighting efficiency gains and strategic insights.
- Support the implementation of new technologies, tools, and workflows to improve service delivery.
