I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

1. Undertake the inspection after confirmation by both sides. 

2. Do inspection according to HQTS General Working Instruction, client's requirement, personal 

experience for this kind of goods, HQTS SOP and HQTS COC. 

3. Prepare inspection report. 

4. Reply all the questions to supervisor when supervisor has some question regarding inspection. 

5. Implement all kind of corrective action if any mistake found for inspection. 

6. Help to check with supplier for some issues regarding to inspection arrangement sometimes. 

7. Provide inspection invoice at the end of each month. 

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS  

1. Bachelor's degree or above (Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields 

preferred). 

2. Minimum 1 year experience in QC/QA/inspection or technical support (third-party inspection 

experience is an advantage). 

3. Mandatory: Experience in inspection of Electrical & Electronic (E&E) products, including visual 

inspection and functional testing. 

4. Familiar with AQL, SOP, and inspection reporting. 

5. Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work independently at factory sites

South: Ho Chi Minh, Dong Nai (in priority): 1 staff
