Job Title: Accountant (Non-Trade, AP)
Location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Accounts Payable (Non-Trade ) Management
- Review, verify supporting documents.
- Enter and post invoices accurately into the system.
- Prepare VAT inputs
- Monitor accruals, prepayment and expenses allocations
- Cashflow projections for non-trade payables and bank reconciliations
- Maintain organized accounts payable files and records.
- Collaboration & Month-End Support
- Assist the finance team with month-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Deliverables:
- Adhere to assigned timelines and deliver tasks promptly while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Ensure compliance with group accounting standards and compliance, tax and regulatory requirements
Job Requirements- Education & Experience
- A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable processes.
- Skills & Competencies
- Experience in Oracle/JDE is plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and account irregularities.
- Interpersonal Skills
- Clear communication
- Capable of handling payment escalations.

- Compliance & Standards
- Familiarity with AR/AP aging reports and adherence to credit and payment terms.
- Knowledge of established accounting and finance procedures.
- Adaptability
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
