Title/ Position: Accountant

Salary: Negotiate

Report to: Finance manager

Location: Moritex Vietnam factory

Address: RBF area, No.6, Street 15, VSIP Bac Ninh

Start date: As soon as possible

Must:

Good Oral English(can communicate with Ireland Finance colleagues regarding AP,AR, cost related topics)

manufacturing costing knowledge and experience: production cost, rather than operating expenses. (the candidate with only trading company no manufacturing cost accountant background is not ok)-

Job information

Costing: Handling the costing function, fix the costing error in SAP and roll up cost monthly

FA module: Manage and control over the Fixed Assets listing and depreciation and amortization tables. Ensure that all fixed assets and long-term assets are properly accounted for.

AR module: Issuing selling invoices & reflect the revenue/ COGS/ receivable in accounting book accuracy and timely.

Support Finance manager with some GL entries, month-end closing, financial statements, annual CIT settlement

Ensure the Company policy and SOX requirements and liaise with Head of Dept. to improve internal systems and procedures.

Other ad-hoc requirements.

Requirement

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong accounting system skills, SAP is a plus

Strong interpersonal and accounting background, especially for Vietnam

Good skill of Excel (Word and PPT are an advantage)

Detail-oriented and organized; Proactively in work; Problem-solving mindset

Strong initiative and self-confidence, good team player, willing to work under pressure and eager to learn

Qualification

Fluent in Vietnamese and good at English (verbal & literacy)

Graduated with major in finance, accounting or related majors

03-05 years of accountant experience in MNC company.

Working condition Overtime: Sometimes (mostly for month-end closing/ auditwill have over-time pay)

Day off: 2 Saturdays/ month, Sunday, public holidays
