Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor supporting documents and record accounting entries in the accounting system relating to accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), ensuring data accuracy and preventing material errors.
- Perform periodic bank reconciliation and reconcile accounting records with bank statements.
- Process bank payments based on valid supporting documents and approved workflows in the internal system.
- Prepare, consolidate, and provide internal reports as requested by management.
- Coordinate with other departments on accounting-related matters when necessary.
- Prepare tax declarations, periodic tax reports, and tax finalization reports in accordance with regulations under instruction, and ensure timely fulfillment of the Company's tax obligations.
- Support recurring accounting tasks and period-end closing activities.
- Execute and monitor closing checklists within assigned scope and under management guidance.
- Reconcile all detailed ledger accounts to ensure balances are aligned with the general ledger.
- Review unusual transactions, discrepancies, or improper entries before finalizing the accounting closing.
- Support other accounting and finance tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting; candidates with experience as a section accountant or general accountant in service, retail, technology, or similar industries are preferred.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with MISA is preferred, and familiarity with SAP ERP is a plus.
- High sense of responsibility, carefulness, teamwork, diligence, and ability to work well under pressure.

- Basic English proficiency.
