Job Description

A. Cash management:

- Updating and sending bank balance report on a daily basis

- Ensuring smooth payment process from request to transfer validation

- Managing cash book and preparing monthly cash count

- Updating cash flow planning by closely following up on payables

B. Bookkeeping:

- Being in charge of the bookkeeping for his/her part within the defined scope

- Maintaining proper financial reporting under VAS and other local GAAP

- Preparing reconciliation of cash/AR/AP accounts for review of the management

C. Tax:

- Checking and filing supplier invoices

- Issuing VAT invoices

- Assisting in filling VAT report and other tax reports when required

D. Administration:

- Updating and filing all contracts

- Uploading common data on e-database

- Sending invoices/debit notes to customers and partners

- Supporting the Accounting Supervisor/Manager with forms to the banks, corporate secretary, etc.

- Preparing audit confirmations for auditor

E. Ad-hoc:

- Support the Accounting Supervisor/Manager in ad-hoc tasks as tax control, audit, internal report and accounting books.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- 0-2 years of experience as an accountant

- Experience in trading, retail (not mandatory)

- Good personal grooming and attitude

- Professional appearance and friendly attitude

- A hands-on attitude and ability to work under pressure

- Effective organizational skills

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

- High level of ethics and confidentiality
