JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Project Accountant
- Accounts Receivable Management: Closely monitor payment installments, deposits, and reservations; proactively follow up with customers to ensure payments align with contract schedules.
- Revenue Control: Record and account for all real estate transactions, from the initial deposit stage to the final transfer of ownership.
- Invoicing & Documentation: Issue accurate invoices in compliance with legal regulations and contractual terms.
- Reporting & Accounting: Prepare periodic revenue reports by project; collaborate with the General Accountant/Chief Accountant to process arising accounting entries.
- Contract Management: Maintain and track the legal status of sales contracts, addendums, and related legal documents.
2. Administrative Management
- Document Control: Collect, classify, and digitize internal records (Accounting, Legal, M&A) to ensure confidentiality and easy retrieval.
- Operational Support: Coordinate meeting schedules, draft internal memos, and manage the signing and stamping process for official documents.
- Logistics & Internal Affairs: Manage timekeeping, book flights/hotels, oversee office supplies, and support the organization of company events.
- Departmental Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for administrative coordination between the team and other departments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: Prior experience in Real Estate or Investment sectors is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (MISA, Fast, or ERP).
Excellent organizational and filing skills with high attention to detail.
Good English skill is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work under high pressure, excellent time management, and a strong sense of responsibility.
