Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager (Chinese Speaking) role based in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi Vietnam. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring effective communication to address client needs. Duties include establishing and maintaining client relationships, coordinating with cross-functional teams, resolving customer queries, monitoring service delivery performance, and identifying opportunities for account growth. The Account Manager will also focus on achieving sales targets and contributing to company profitability.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of supply chain operations, logistics, freight forwarding, and warehousing
• Skills in client relationship management, account maintenance, and customer service
• Experience in sales, negotiation, and identifying business growth opportunities
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in Chinese and Vietnamese; additional languages are a plus, such like English.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain management, or freight services is preferred
