1. Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring strategic alignment and long-term partnership growth.

- Lead client account planning, oversee campaign development, and ensure delivery of agreed KPIs and ROI.

- Supervise and mentor Account Executives, providing guidance on client servicing, project management, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with the General Manager to shape account strategies, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to agency growth.

- Translate client briefs into actionable plans, coordinating with internal teams (creative, social media, media, production) to deliver high-quality outputs.

- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, proactively addressing risks and ensuring smooth execution.

- Prepare comprehensive reports and insights for the General Manager, highlighting account performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers and partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.

2. Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management within a digital marketing or social commerce agency, with proven expertise in influencer marketing.

- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff.

- Excellent understanding of digital platforms, social commerce, and performance-driven marketing.

- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken).

- Highly strategic, results-oriented, and client-focused, with strong problem-solving abilities.

- Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
