Job Description

Channel Overview:

Sales Channels: End-user channel (preferred) and dealer channel

Products: All Ricoh thermal products and services/solutions

Purpose: Take responsibility for assigned channels – acquiring new customers, nurturing existing accounts, and expanding in-store share to achieve assigned sales targets.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.     Follow up Sales Target through Sales Cycle

  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, follow up with assigned leads (if any).
  • Develop quotes/proposals, prepare samples, collaborate with customer service team for other customer requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, collect info, process POs, collaborate with cross-functional team for next process.
  • Monthly visits for customer updates.
  • Cross-sell planning, propose rebate programs, and conduct customers training if needed.

2.     Reporting & Internal Coordination

  • Update all reports for weekly meetings (Prospects, Projects, Planning, Meeting Requests).
  • KPI tracking, update, and reporting.
  • Prepare and update Business Plan (BP) regularly.
  • Submit direct reports after any customer meetings.
  • Prepare monthly and weekly forecast based on prospect pipeline by item.
  • Join PSI meetings and all weekly Sales meetings.
  • Perform other daily assigned tasks.

3.     Products & solutions Knowledge Development

  • Design and collect Sample Books for TTR and DT products.
  • Self-learn to better support and advise customers on TTR, DT, industry trends, and related products.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in B2B Sales (experience in printing, consumables, or industrial media solution/thermal products is a plus).
  • Efficient English communication (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
  • Computer literacy in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits.
