Job Purpose

As an Account Manager (AM) at TAG, you will play a key role in managing and executing POSM production projects for key clients, with a primary focus on the Client Business Team. This position ensures strategic alignment with client objectives, drives operational excellence, and maintains strict adherence to both commercial and non-commercial KPIs. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, you will be responsible for job tracking, budget compliance, client satisfaction, and innovation delivery. You are expected to proactively manage relationships, resolve challenges swiftly, and ensure compliance with TAG's internal guidelines and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management & Job Oversight (70%)

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic priorities and brand objectives.
  • Oversee all job deliverables to ensure projects meet the Client Business Team's non-commercial KPIs (e.g., OTIF, brief accuracy, spec compliance).
  • Manage day-to-day job execution: from briefing, budgeting, quoting, to production coordination and delivery follow-up.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure production quality and timely delivery.
  • Resolve client or supplier-related escalations within 2448 hours, ensuring minimal disruption to project delivery.
  • Track assigned job budgets, savings, and KPI performance; prepare monthly review reports and address any performance gaps.
  • Maintain compliance with budget targets and ensure cost optimization across all campaigns.

Innovation Execution (15%)

  • Identify opportunities for innovation within client campaigns and collaborate with internal teams to implement new solutions.
  • Successfully lead and deliver at least two innovative pilots in line with the agreed plan with the Client Business Team.

Compliance with TAG Guidelines (15%)

  • Ensure strict compliance with TAG's operational processes, systems, and SLAs.
  • Accurately maintain project records, update TAG E-Procurement Platform (or designated system), and ensure reporting is complete and timely.
  • Support internal process reviews and audits; participate in improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Experience:

  • 35 years of experience in account/project management within a creative, POSM, or marketing production environment.
  • Experience handling FMCG accounts or retail POSM is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, production, and execution processes.

Skills:

  • Excellent client communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Budget management and cost optimization capability.
  • Strong project coordination, multitasking, and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of production and material processes is highly preferred.
  • Team player with strong accountability and results-driven mindset.
