Our client is a leading Asia-based event experience and production company, delivering large-scale corporate events, conferences, and brand experiences across the region. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand venue partnerships and drive business growth within Vietnam's hospitality and MICE sectors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow relationships with hotel partners, venues, suppliers, and corporate clients.
- Be the main contact for clients from proposal to event delivery.
- Understand client needs and develop tailored MICE solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, incentive trips, exhibitions, and corporate events.
- Work with hotels, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and on-site operations.
- Partner with the Business Development Manager to expand the business in Vietnam.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management / Event Management / Hotel Sales, especially in the MICE sector.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam's hotel and MICE industry.
- Experience managing corporate events and working with hotel partners.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in English.
- Existing network in Vietnam's hospitality/MICE industry is a plus.
