Overview:
We are an integrated marketing communication agency in the healthcare industry looking for an energetic business driven candidate with a customer-centric and commercial mindset. He/she will work in a fast-paced team environment and have the opportunity to gain broad experience in various aspects of healthcare marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customers in healthcare by communicating about the jobs and handling all customer queries including sending quotations, liquidation, presenting the project across content marketing, digital or event tasks.
- Schedule appointments, preparing, delivering presentations, and pitching to new clients, having researched their business and requirements.
- Identify and develop potential business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with cross-functions to deliver the job including design, medical, content, creative, etc.
- Good relationship with pharma/healthcare clients and partners
- Attend networking events, association events, and industry events to establish and maintain a professional network.
- Manage and mentor account team members to ensure performance and growth.
- Other operation tasks assigned by director
Requirements:
- Experience at a creative agency/healthcare agency or pharmaceutical companies with strong connections with marketing clients (more than 2 years).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer and team management skills.
