JOB OVERVIEW

The Account Manager (B2B) is responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with corporate clients, contributing to revenue growth through the delivery of appropriate business solutions. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, proposing suitable products/services and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales and post-sales process. The position requires a good understanding of the B2B market, solution-oriented selling skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to support clients business objectives.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Research and analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activities in the B2B segment. Build, manage and maintain a client portfolio, develop and execute effective engagement and account management strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and timely project implementation.
  • Support post-sales activities, handle customer inquiries or issues and assist with contract follow-up and payment collection when required.
  • Prepare periodic sales and business reports, propose ideas and initiatives to support business growth.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B sales or account management,experience in solutions or services is an advantage.
  • Basic experience in managing customer accounts and solution-based selling.
  • Language: English communication is an advantage.

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of enterprise digital transformation trends.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to identify opportunities, build relationships and close deals effectively.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong client engagement skills.
  • Analytical & Reporting: Capable of analyzing market data and preparing strategic business reports. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
