We are currently looking for a Corporate Learning Solutions Consultant — a role for professionals who enjoy working with enterprise clients, developing long-term partnerships, and building solution-driven business opportunities in the education and corporate learning industry.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients across technology, telecommunications, finance, education, and other corporate sectors.
- Drive new business development and identify cross-selling opportunities across corporate training, eLearning, and capability development solutions.
- Lead consultative, solution-led sales engagements by understanding client challenges, organizational needs, and proposing tailored learning solutions.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking, forecasting, follow-up, and deal progression.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive deal closure, manage negotiations, and ensure effective project execution.
- Identify opportunities to combine instructor-led training, digital learning, learning content, and related services to maximize client value.
- Work closely with trainers, subject matter experts, operations, content production, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Deliver presentations, proposals, and solution pitches tailored to enterprise clients and organizational needs.
- Monitor account performance, maintain long-term client relationships, and proactively identify expansion opportunities.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or solution consulting.
- Experience in corporate training, EdTech, eLearning, HR solutions, or B2B service industries is highly preferred.
- Strong interest in consultative selling and solution-based business development.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage opportunities from consulting to implementation stages.
- Proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and willingness to grow in the corporate learning industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, Education, Marketing, or related fields.

Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly income: 25 – 35 million VND + sales incentives/project bonuses.
