Job purpose:
We're looking for a dedicated Account Manager to help us deliver exceptional value and grow alongside our partners. Responsible for managing and growing client accounts by building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of products or services that drive client satisfaction and business growth.
What you'll do:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts
- Understand client needs and ensure successful project delivery
- Identify opportunities to expand and upsell services
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Your Skills and Experience:
- 2-3+ years of experience in Account Management / Sales in IT outsourcing or software services
- Proven track record of managing global clients
- Experience in leading or managing a BD/Sales team is a plus
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment
