Consultative B2B/Enterprise sales role, selling AI solutions to enterprise and industrial clients.

- Salary: USD $1,000 - $,1500/month + bonus
- Language: Good Vietnamese & English (must)
- Fulltime Remote, 10am-7pm SGT, Monday to Friday.
- Work type: Remote 100% and become Hybrid working when we open office at HCMC Vietnam in future. We don't open for part-time or 2nd-job

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales and Business Development
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute outbound prospecting strategies and campaigns.
- Research and identify new business opportunities by studying industry trends and our service offerings.
- Qualify prospects through discovery calls and needs assessments.
- Utilise a Consultative Selling approach in interactions with key decision-makers to tailor solutions to their industry-specific needs & challenges and generate revenues.
- Generate healthy sales pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets
2. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary contact for new and existing clients, building strong and trust-based partnerships.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring successful onboarding.
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of Groundup.ai solutions to maximize their adoption and ROI.
3. Strategic Account Planning
- Develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts to foster long-term relationships and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teamsincluding product and engineeringto relay client feedback and advocate for improvements.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, forecasts, and client insights using CRM and analytics tools.
- Track and report on sales KPIs, client health metrics, and retention data.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development (preferably in SaaS, AI, or industrial sectors), with a focus on Consultative Selling.
- A self-starter with a growth mindset, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable engaging with mid-to-senior-level decision-makers across engineering, operations, and C suite levels.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and strong presentation skills.
