Responsibilities and Duties:
- Act as the primary point of contact and develop long-term relationships with Aviation clients.
- Develop growth strategies tailored to each specific account.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling activities.
- Identify client needs regarding staffing and technical solutions.
- Propose services and solutions, providing support during the presales process.
- Prepare commercial proposals and contracts.
- Manage contracts, SLAs, and CSAT; handle client feedback effectively.
- Manage risks and escalations from both clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with Delivery Directors/Project Managers to ensure services meet client expectations.
- Perform other duties as requested by superiors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- 3–7 years of experience as an Account Manager within corporations or companies in the IT Services/Outsourcing industry.
- Proficient in English (all 4 skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).
- Solid knowledge of SLA models, contracting, and pricing strategies.
- Ability to read and understand BRD (Business Requirement Documents) and SOW (Statement of Work) at a business level.
- Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders.
- Confident communication and excellent presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in conflict management and crisis handling.
- Energetic, proactive, and self-driven.
- Deep understanding of IT solutions within the Aviation or Logistics sectors is a strong advantage.
