Job Description

CHI TIT CNG VIC

  • Responsible for selling FTI Services (especially Cyber Security Solutions) to existing and new accounts
  • Proactively initiate new business development opportunities
  • Cross-selling/upselling our cyber security portfolio to our existing client.
  • Working closely with clients to identify business objectives/requirements and ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop a strategic road map that aligns customer needs, issues, and opportunities with industry best practices and our companys offerings
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process by identifying opportunities, managing the funnel & forecast, handling, contract negotiations, and driving the deployment of solutions
  • Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction during presales and post-sales engagements
  • Communicate efficiently internally and drive cross-functional teams to ensure your customers success
  • Follow market and technology shifts

YU CU CNG VIC

  • College graduate or higher.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role, ideally in security or related industries.
  • Demonstrated skills in managing the sales process and developing a strategic roadmap that aligns customer needs, issues, opportunities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ambitious mindset with a drive for career progression.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and learn new products and services.
  • A strong understanding of network and security is a plus.
