We are growing strongly in Vietnam and hence, looking for a high potential candidate handling Account Management & Account Executive activities, based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Role Overview
Manage and grow client accounts while supporting new business development. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, contribute to sales activities, and ensure smooth delivery coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communication and build strong relationships
- Support and progressively own sales cycles (from lead to closure)
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and solutions
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure quality and client satisfaction
- Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM
- Support contract discussions (SOW, pricing, basic negotiation)
Requirements
- 4–5 years experience in IT services, outsourcing, or B2B tech sales
- Experience working with international clients is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients or opportunities in parallel
