Position Title: Account Executive
Type: Full-Time
Reporting to: Sponsorship Manager
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Business Development: Actively seek, approach, and build relationships with potential sponsors and corporate partners to secure funding for SEV events.
- Consulting & Package Customization: Work closely with sponsors to develop customized sponsorship packages that meet their specific needs and objectives. Assist in the development of sponsorship sales and marketing materials.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and benefits, and close sponsorship agreements, ensuring 'win-win' outcomes for all parties.
- Contract Management & Execution: Manage and execute sponsorship agreements, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met fully and on time.
- Client Service & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, providing exceptional customer service and support. Provide regular reports and updates to sponsors on the status of their sponsorship agreements.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Operations, Creative, and Marketing teams to ensure that sponsorships are executed flawlessly.
- Reporting & Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to sponsorship sales and marketing. Report work progress to the line manager
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Event/Sports Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an Account, Sales, or Business Development role, preferably within the events, advertising industry, or with direct experience working with sponsors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends during event periods, and to travel as needed
