Job Description:
- Handle day-to-day management of clients and their requests including: receiving the briefs, feedback; joining in the assigned/pitching projects (80% is the social outreach campaign, the rest is digital media, digital & social commerce campaign) from the proposal until the execution & liquidation; ensure the internal team (Planning team, design team, KOL management team, media team, ..) to understand the clients expectation & deliver to high-quality deliverables to our clients/win the pitch.
- Be the key driver of project execution & management.
- Support line manager in developing initiative plan for the company.
- Manage the whole process and collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure.
- projects are on track and meet clients satisfaction.
- Manage the project cost well for each campaign, and optimize profit of the campaign.
Requirements:
- Experience in handling clients in the FMCG & E-commerce industry is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in social/influencer/media agency.
- Good communication & presentation skills in both English & Vietnamese.
- Knowledgeable of influencer market, trending content, and influencer strategy.
- Required skills: project management, time management, critical thinking, negotiation,
- leadership.
- Flexible to work over a number of projects and balance your workload.
