Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Account Executive, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and nurturing client relationships, developing strategic marketing plans, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver projects (IMC, Digital, Social Projects). The role also involves budget management, analyzing campaign performance, and providing insights to optimize future campaigns. This is a temporary position for a duration of 8 months.

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Project Management (50%)

- Collaborate with the team to develop Digital Marketing strategies, project budgets, and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions, deliver persuasive presentations to clients.

- Take meeting notes, write contact reports after client meetings, and research information as requested by the direct manager.

- Monitor and coordinate with relevant departments during project implementation.Complete all project reports.

2. Other Responsibilities (50%)

- Support team leaders with administrative and paperwork tasks related to client services for ongoing projects and campaigns.

- Communicate with clients, ensuring the highest level of service.

- Work with team leaders to maintain good relationships with existing clients and develop cooperative relationships with potential partners and clients.

- Proactively propose new ideas for client campaigns and suggest solutions to potential issues before they arise, ensuring strong client relationships.

II. REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Economics.

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

- Experience working in the Digital Marketing or Advertising industry.

- Good knowledge of Branding, Marketing, and Digital Marketing.

- Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

- Ability to work under high pressure.

- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
