Position: Key Account Executive
Department: BU Ambassador
Responsibility
- Managing dozens of campaigns such as E-commerc, beauty, etc. of top clients such as VinFast, VNPAY, VNG Game, Xanh SM, Katinat ..
- Improving the campaign performance to meet the monthly targets
- Basic working process: data analysis-> identify problem-> build up improvement plan-> propose to client-> close the deal-> executing plan->data analysis->identify problem->
- Negotiating with client to get better conditions for the campaigns, for our creator and for our company
- Working, communicating, and negotiating often with internal teams to manage an advertising campaign (including the publisher management team, Finance team, technical team, and Marketing team)
- Maintaining relationships with clients aiming at improving ads campaign performance.
Requirements
- Good communication, sales, negotiation, and operation skills
- Good analytical skills and logical thinking skills are a must
- At least 2 years of experience in an Account position or other equivalent roles, involved in campaigns booking KOCs, Creators, or Influencers.
- Good marketing mindset; basic awareness of commercials.
- Positive attitude, fast learner
- High responsibility for work is a must
- High-pressure capability, quickly grasping the problem and solving the problem effectively.
- Good English is a special advantage
