Account Executive

BlueMedia Vietnam is seeking a Mediabuy Account Executive to join our Operations Team. This position is responsible for customer onboarding, advertising account operations, client support, and coordination with internal teams across major digital advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer onboarding and advertising account setup across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Support customers with advertising account operations, payment procedures, contracts, and day-to-day requests.
• Monitor account activities, spending, and performance to identify potential issues and growth opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Prepare operational and performance reports for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate customer and account information in accordance with internal procedures and platform policies.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to ensure a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Chinese, or other related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Operations, Account Management, or a related field. Outstanding fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in either English or Chinese; proficiency in both languages is an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest or experience in digital advertising, media buying, or online platforms is preferred.
