Accountabilities / Key Responsibilities

Manage Client Relationship and Deliverables

  • Understand clients business cases, decision-makers, and pain points to position our solution effectively and move deals through the pipeline.
  • Translate client goals into compelling value propositions, align internal stakeholders to build tailored pitches, proposals, and commercial packages.
  • Manage deal timelines proactively, navigate objections, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth path from first contact to signed contract.
  • Understand client priorities, structure clear, actionable proposals that address both immediate needs and long-term growth potential.

Maintain Command of Market and Data Narratives

  • Develop a strong understanding of internal data structures, product capabilities, and how clients evaluate and challenge data quality to confidently handle technical conversations.
  • Use data and performance benchmarks to substantiate ROI claims and differentiate our solution during the sales process.

Deliver Compelling, Insight-Driven Presentations

  • Design and deliver persuasive presentations and business reviews that translate raw data and product capabilities into meaningful, client-relevant outcomes.
  • Extract and communicate business insights clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing, to senior stakeholders and executives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience in data-driven or client-facing environments is an advantage.
  • Practical experience working with CPG, retail, or e-commerce clients is expected.

EXPERIENCE

  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project coordination in a data-driven environment.
  • Exposure to analytics, dashboards, and cross-functional project delivery.
  • Strong familiarity with e-commerce dynamics and metrics (e.g., traffic, sales, conversion rate, CTR).

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES / SKILLS

  • Strong in organization, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Deeply analytical & data-driven — must enjoy working with data and metrics.
  • Ability to track data accuracy, and design visualization strategies.
  • Data and dashboard skills are central to success, with the ability to convert data into clear business insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
