Job Description

Job Purpose:

As an Senior Account Executive for the IMC Marketing Team, you will play a pivotal role in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns (IMC). You will manage client relationships, oversee campaign implementation, and ensure the seamless alignment of strategies across multiple channels to deliver measurable results.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIE

1. Campaign Planning & Strategy

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, brand positioning, and marketing goals
  • Develop IMC strategies that integrate digital, social media, influencer, PR, and offline channels to maximize campaign impact
  • .Work with internal teams to translate client briefs into actionable campaign plans

2. Project Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of IMC campaigns, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, media, PR, digital, and production) to align strategies and tactics
  • Maintain project timelines and budgets, managing resources effectively

3. Client Servicing

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by acting as their main point of contact for campaign updates and issue resolution
  • Provide regular reporting and performance insights, highlighting campaign effectiveness and areas for optimization
  • Educate clients on new marketing trends, tools, and channels to keep strategies innovative

4. Market Insights & Trend Analysis

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies
  • Leverage data and insights to optimize campaign performance and recommend improvements

5. Team Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaign development.
  • Support a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.

REQUIREMENT

  • TSA minimum of 3-4 years of experience in IMC, digital marketing, or a related field within an agency or corporate environment
  • Proven success in managing multi-channel campaigns and driving measurable results.

Marketing Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of IMC principles, including digital, social media, influencer, PR, and traditional marketing.
  • Experience managing large-scale campaigns with multiple stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in marketing tools, data analytics platforms, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and apply insights to optimize results.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both in English and the local language.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
