Role Overview:
As the Account Director, you will serve as the strategic engine of our agency, bridging the gap between aggressive business growth and exceptional client retention. You are not just managing accounts; you are scaling business development members and service powerhouse. We are looking for a talented expert who understands media performance and has a proven track record of leading large teams to reach a goal in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Business Development Team and Clients Service Team.
- Achieving annual revenue targets and optimizing profit margins.
- Developing sales strategies based on market trends.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and advertisers.
- Managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting.
- Leading, couching, and mentoring the sales team while setting performance KPIs.
- Collaborating with operations, creative to enhance proposal quality.
Qualifications:
- Over 05 years of experience to work at Digital Media Agency.
- Experiences to lead the sales team (over 15 members) in the Digital Media Agency.
- Experiences in performance marketing on Digital Media Ads.
- (Nice-to-Have Skills) Experience in IMC Marketing on Digital Media Ads.
- Leadership, motivation and team development skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese.
