As an Account Director, you are responsible for revenue growth, upsell, cross-sell, and long-term client partnership strategy. You will also lead major pitches and planning, partnering closely with senior members of Planning & Creative to create the most rounded outputs for AnyMind's clients.
What You Will Do
Operates as the business owner that owns the business performance, approving P&Ls, pre-signing off commercial structures, managing the financial health of the business unit, and ensuring legal and financial compliance.
Responsible for revenue growth, upsell, cross-sell, and long-term client partnership strategy.
Leading major pitches and planning, partnering closely with senior members of Planning & Creative.
Establishing & achieving account team annual business objectives, goals, strategies, action plans.
Own the business performance of key accounts and lead the entire Account Management, Influencer Management and Sales Admin team.
Represent the company at senior client level; build long-term partnerships. Managing team priorities and diaries to help manage projects and meetings with clients.
Understanding of the client's business and solid knowledge of the competitive market in which the brand operates.
Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
Who You Are
Bachelor's Degree is required
Minimum of 8-10 years of working experience in a digital marketing agency.
At least 2 years of working experience in the position of Account Director, with proven ability to lead a team of 15-20 members.
Deep understanding of digital marketing/social strategy, financial governance, and organizational leadership.
Experience in manage P&L
Significant experience in professional client relationship management & negotiation
Excellent project management skills, with experience of managing budgets, estimates and schedules.
Solid knowledge of digital tools & channels
Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
Experience in a fast-paced work environment
Proficiency in Vietnamese & English communication skills
