Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Head of Performance to lead and elevate performance excellence across all digital platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring media investments deliver against agreed KPIs, efficiency benchmarks, and business outcomes, while driving innovation, automation, and datadriven decisionmaking across Business Units.

You will act as the senior performance authority, connecting platform expertise, technology, and strategic thinking to fuel business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and lead the overall performance media strategy across Business Units.
  • Translate business objectives into clear performance frameworks, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Act as the senior performance expert and advisor across the organization.

Platform & Partner Management

  • Build strong partnerships with media platforms and technology vendors.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes and new initiatives to recommend best-fit solutions.
  • Leverage partner relationships to unlock early access, innovation, and learning opportunities.

Performance Delivery & Optimization

  • Lead and manage performance teams across Business Units.
  • Ensure delivery against agreed KPIs, including efficiency and outcome metrics.
  • Drive continuous optimization using data, tools, and best practices.

Automation, Reporting & Governance

  • Build and scale automation across reporting, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Ensure performance reporting is accurate, timely, and decision-oriented.
  • Deploy and localize global digital guidelines, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Innovation & Capability Building

  • Identify new performance solutions and market benchmarks.
  • Champion test-and-learn initiatives to continuously improve results.
  • Develop performance capabilities, skills, and best practices across teams.

SUCCESS MEASURES

  • Performance KPI achievement across Business Units
  • Efficiency vs. committed benchmarks (CPM, CPV, CPC, CPA)
  • Automation and reporting maturity
  • Continuous optimization impact
  • Compliance with global and local guidelines

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • 8-10+ years of experience in performance media, digital optimization, or data-driven marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience across major digital platforms
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable business recommendations
