We are looking for a strong YouTube long-form editor to help level up a fast-growing how to make money channel.

Our client creates educational, authority-driven content and wants to significantly improve pacing, storytelling, and overall polish to compete with top creators in the space while still keeping his own unique style.

What You Will Edit

• Long-form YouTube videos (820 minutes)
• Business and monetization content
• Talking-head videos supported by B-roll and motion

You understand that great editing improves viewer retention.

You are strong at:

• Pacing and rhythm
• Smart clip selection and tightening ideas
• Clean sound design and music scoring
• Purposeful motion graphics and text animation
• Thoughtful B-roll that adds clarity and authority

The creator is inspired by Alex Hormozi, Dan Martell, and Iman Gadzhi, but wants to build an original editing style.

Requirements

• Experience editing long-form YouTube content
• Strong storytelling instincts
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
• Reliable communication
