WHAT YOU WILL DO
Create a Workplace People Love
- Lead daytoday workplace operations to ensure a smooth, inspiring, and peoplecentric environment.
- Curate office experiences that bring our culture to life, from daily environment to major celebrations.
- Elevate the look, feel, and energy of our workspace, ensuring it reflects who we are as a global creative company.
Bring Employee Experience to the Center
- Champion initiatives that spark connection, belonging, and wellbeing across teams.
- Design memorable moments throughout the employee journey: first-day welcome experiences, milestones, cultural events, appreciation programs, and more.
- Listen to employee feedback and turn insights into actions that improve engagement and workplace happiness.
- Partner with HR and leaders to strengthen work, culture, and community-building efforts.
Lead Workplace Operations with Excellence
- Oversee facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, and workplace contracts with a focus on quality and cost efficiency.
- Maintain a safe, secure, well-organized environment that enables people to do their best work.
- Implement smart workplace processes and policies that support productivity and collaboration.
Support People & Teams
- Lead and mentor administrative staff, fostering a serviceoriented and collaborative team.
- Coordinate office communications, events, meetings, and seamless daytoday operations.
- Support onboarding and cross-functional collaboration to ensure every employee feels welcomed and supported.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, HR, or a related field.
- Experience as an Office Manager, Workplace Manager, or similar role.
- A passion for people, culture, and creating great experiences.
- Strong communication, organization, and problemsolving skills.
- A positive, proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace management tools.
