Job Description

What this job involves:

This role will be the single point of contact for HSBC in the sub-region, dedicated to ensuring a high level of client interface and develop client relations with their satisfaction on their facilities.

This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the facilities / property management service delivery system on the client project, primarily Asset Management and Operations. In this capacity, You will be accountable for the achievement of the Management Plan and all key performance indicators including responsibility for managing the capital and expense budgets, short and long-term regional projects, operations and maintenance, interface with senior managers in client real estate / Facility team and business units, coordination with other key managers within the client alliance partner organizations and customer satisfaction.

Major details will be:

  • Own the KPI process, results, comments and associated Action Plans
  • Provide the leadership to the Facilities Management team at the client site/country FM lead
  • Manage to the pass through budgets of the countries
  • Be the single point of Management Control for FM in the country
  • In consultation and collaboration with all managers oversee the operation, staffing, performance and development of the Facilities Management service
  • Bring innovation into the service delivery
  • Ensure client satisfaction with the client Facilities Management team by providing a seamless interface into the client's real estate organization.
  • Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity.
  • Understand the Facilities Management scope for the client assigned and develop client specific processes and procedures in consultation with functional managers and ensure implementation and compliance of the processes.
  • Oversee the development and management of the capital and expense budgets.
  • Support the Client in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client project.
  • Develop and implement the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by the client.
  • Oversee compilation and deliver the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the client and minute actions.
  • Coordinate discussions with each direct report regarding goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning and incentive/salary administration.
  • Set IPMP goals and objectives for teams
  • Ensure compliance with JLL minimum audit standards.
  • Share best practices with the assigned owner of best practices for JLLIFM.

Special ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior as and when required Key Performance Measures

Requirements :

  • At least 10-15 years working experience in IFM field (prefer banking industry experience but not a must)
  • SEA role covers the markets - Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines (potentially to be added to SEA, currently belongs to North Asia)
  • English proficiency in writing and speaking
  • Stakeholder management - keep best relationship with market clients of all SEA countries
