Job Description

Job Summary

  • Act as a Workplace Delivery Consultant who brings process transformation, enterprise workflow, and intelligent automation solutions to life for enterprise customers, maximizing business value.
  • Apply Lean/Agile ways of working together with enterprise methodologies, tools, and standards to scope and deliver optimized solutions.
  • Take ownership of key projects and initiatives that address Workplace Technology needs, managing priorities, resources, and third‑party providers.
  • Provide end‑to‑end technology services covering strategy, design, development, delivery, and maintenance of solutions; the role reports to the Delivery Manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of small to medium initiatives, or support delivery of larger programs to achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Review end‑to‑end business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and create As‑Is processes where needed; work with Business Owners to design and implement To‑Be process maps and artifacts.
  • Perform advanced data and process analysis, converting findings into insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and influence, ensuring consistent process transformation and alignment to project priorities.
  • Prepare and present clear communication materials; facilitate workshops to define current issues and co‑create future‑state process maps.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise methodologies and standards, including Lean Six Sigma and Agile; proactively manage risk and compliance

Job Requirements

Must-have

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst/Consultant delivering projects/changes with a business improvement focus.
  • Strong English Communication Skill (verbal and written)
  • Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies and related tools; hands‑on experience with Lean and Six Sigma practices in an Agile environment.
  • Advanced analysis of data and business processes; strong problem‑solving skills with measurable techniques.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills; effective communication with the ability to synthesize data and convey meaningful findings.
  • Adaptability in changing environments; ability to propose alternatives; solid application of risk management fundamentals; growth mindset; understanding of risk, issue, and dependency management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience working on Agile projects and in complex environments with multiple streams and evolving timelines.
