Masan Group is executing a full-scope Workday implementation across all business units — HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Learning, and more — covering all subsidiaries.
We are building an in-house HRIS Technology team to own, maintain, and evolve Workday post-go-live. As Workday Integration Specialist, you will be the internal technical owner of the integration layer — designing, building, and maintaining connections between Workday and systems across the Group.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation
- Develop and troubleshoot XSLT transformations for data mapping between Workday and external systems
- Build Workday reports to support integration data sources and operational needs
- Monitor integration runs, resolve failures, and ensure reliability post-go-live
- Act as internal integration SME — reviewing deliverables from our implementation partner and ensuring knowledge transfer
- Coordinate with vendors, payroll providers, and system owners across BUs to define interface requirements
- Own the integration layer through biannual Workday releases: testing, updates, regression validation
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years in system integration — Workday OR SAP (PI/PO, CPI, SuccessFactors)
- Proficiency in XSLT — able to write and debug independently
- Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, XML/JSON
- Experience with Workday Studio or equivalent tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, SAP CPI, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset — able to trace data flow end-to-end and isolate root causes
- Direct Workday integration experience (EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation)
- Workday Report Writer experience
- Exposure to large-scale HCM implementation projects
