Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description
Amaris ACT is a specialized Center of Excellence within Amaris Consulting, dedicated to delivering world-class HRIS solutions. We focus on implementation, Application Management Services (AMS), and migration projects. As a proud Workday partner, we support large-scale digital HR transformation programs for global clients across industries.
We are currently looking for an experienced Workday Functional Consultant to join our growing team in Vietnam.
About The Job
As a Workday Consultant, you will play a critical role in the implementation and support of Workday modules. You will work closely with client stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of HR technology projects, contributing to their digital HR evolution.
- Configure and implement one or more Workday modules (e.g. Core HCM, Talent, Compensation, Performance, Learning, Time)
- Analyze client HR processes and translate business needs into functional requirements
- Collaborate with integration and data migration teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Provide post-go-live AMS (Application Management Services) and user support
- Troubleshoot system issues and document solutions clearly
- Assist with system upgrades and new Workday feature rollouts
- Support change requests, testing, go-live preparation, and user training
- Promote user adoption and support change management efforts
About You
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Science, IT, or related field (MBA in HR is a plus)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday functional implementation
- Strong understanding of HR processes and HRIS workflows
- Proven experience configuring at least one Workday module
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in client-facing or consulting roles is a plus
- Workday certification is highly desirable
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
