Work Study Officer

We are seeking enthusiastic full-time Work Study Officers to join our team at Linea Aqua. Based on-site in the Hambantota District, this role involves conducting detailed time studies, line balancing, and workflow improvements to optimize efficiency. Responsibilities also include analyzing key performance indicators, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with the production and technical teams to implement process improvements.

• Proficiency in time management, workflow analysis, and line balancing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for process improvements and productivity enhancement
• Experience with tools and techniques in data collection, reporting, and performance tracking
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and effectively communicate findings
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and an aptitude for working in high-paced manufacturing environments
• Educational qualifications in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in a garment, swimwear, or manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Excel and other reporting systems is a plus
