In The Next 3 Month
VinFast is seeking young talents who have recently graduated or have 1-2 years of experience in Electrical/Electronic Engineering to join our team as Wiring Harness Engineers. The selected engineers will receive training and work on automotive projects, following the career development path outlined below:
Understand overview of Vehicle architecture, EE system schematic, Main module functions
Understand VF development/manufacturing process
Understand VF system: DCR/ECR/Jira
Wiring harness troubleshooting
Able to read the schematic and 2D drawing Able to use TCE tool to read and find design document and materials
In The Next 6 Months
Analyzing the Packaging study proposals
Understand the process of wiring harness
Basic knowledge of harness components
Create ECR/DCR for design change
Able to use CAD design tool at intermediate level
In The Next 12 Month
Be able to handle independently:
Create the Proposals for the Packaging study considering all the design rules
Studying the BCO proposals
Create schematic and 2D/3D drawing for harness proficiently
Understand and be able to use technical skills relating to applied position on job
Requirements
Education: BE in Electrical - ELectronics - Mechanical or related
CAD design: Catia (Harness Design/Captial is advantage)
- 2D Drawing
- 3D modeling/routing
Experience: At least 1 year in Automotive Engineering, knowledge about Electrical system - component
Language: English/(Chinese is advantage)
