The Wink Guide (Receptionist) will play a critical role in providing a warm welcome to guests and ensuring seamless front desk operations. This full-time position is based on-site in Can Tho, Vietnam. Daily responsibilities include managing check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries, answering phone calls, providing local recommendations, and assisting with administrative tasks to create a memorable guest experience.

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and managing Receptionist Duties
• Strong Clerical Skills and ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese preferred
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
