The Role

Rise In is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Web3 Startup Ecosystem Manager to manage and scale our builder engagement and support initiatives across Vietnam and Indonesia. You will be responsible for overseeing the strategy and execution of our programs designed to nurture high-potential technical talent and foster a strong startup community.

This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring a blend of operational excellence, community leadership, and a strong understanding of technical development ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Developer community growth

1. Strategically create and manage programs (workshops, hackathons, build stations, meetups etc.) focused on growing our web3 developer community.
2. Suggest and manage budgets for these programs.
3. Develop and implement strategies to identify, track, and sustain the activity of builders.

Project acceleration

1. Work closely with high-potential individuals or teams (e.g., hackathon winners) who are actively working towards releasing their project onto a mainnet/live environment.
2. Ensure effective, tailored support is provided, including coordination on funding applications (e.g., grants), business development (BD), and specialized technical advisory.
3. Manage the dedicated communication and support channels for these projects.

What You Will Bring

• Experience: 3+ years in venture capitals / startups / operations / program management / or developer relations, ideally within the Web3, blockchain, or technical community space.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead, manage, and scale complex operational programs in an international setting.
• Technical acumen: A solid understanding of decentralized technologies, developer ecosystems, and the challenges faced by builders in Web3.
• Community building: Experience in fostering, managing, and scaling technical communities, including using platforms like Discord or similar forums.
• Regional expertise: Strong operational knowledge of the professional and technical landscapes in Vietnam and Indonesia. Market knowledge in Philippines is optional but a plus.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage effectively with highly technical builders and manage cross-functional coordination.
