We harness the transformative power of blockchain to reshape the global economy and enhance access to capital, partnering with enterprises, government agencies, and startups to launch innovative applications.We are looking for a DeFi Business Development Associate with at least1 year of relevant experienceto join a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.Key Responsibilities
- Support partner outreach, ecosystem mapping, and follow-ups across Web3/DeFi verticals.
- Research market trends, competitors, and new opportunities in Web3, and convert insights into actionable briefs.
- Prepare materials for BD conversations (presentations, notes, summaries) and join partner calls.
- Manage pipelines, track progress, ensure next steps are executed on time.
- Coordinate with product, marketing, and ops to support BD initiatives and deliverables.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experiencein BD, partnerships, research, or related roles.
- Background in DeFiproductsis required.
- Strongself-learning and research skills, able to quickly understand new concepts.
- Good to strong English proficiency, especiallyspeaking and listening, as you will work closely with an international co-founder.
- Serious and professional attitude; able to work independently and take ownership.
- Strong commitment to deadlines, ensuring tasks and deliverables are completed as promised.
- Comfortable in afocused, no-drama work environmentwhere the priority is execution and results.
