Job Overview
The Web & Mobile Designer (UX/UI) is responsible for designing intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role focuses on transforming product ideas and business requirements into effective user journeys, high-quality interfaces, and scalable design systems.
You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts (BA), Engineers, and QC teams to deliver seamless product experiences.
You will play a key role in shaping the design quality of Moniva's digital platforms and ensuring consistent UX across products.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product & UX/UI Design
Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability, consistency, and modern UI standards.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate product functionality and user interactions.
Translate product requirements and user needs into intuitive user experiences.
Design responsive layouts that work seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.
Ensure design consistency through reusable components and design guidelines.
2. Product Collaboration
Work closely with Product Managers to understand business goals, user needs, and product requirements.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Participate in product discussions and provide design insights that improve usability and user experience.
Continuously iterate on designs based on product feedback, user behavior, and testing results.
3. Design System & Quality
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's design system.
Ensure visual consistency across multiple products and platforms.
Improve design processes and propose new tools or workflows that increase efficiency.
4. Other Responsibilities
Participate in product design planning and UX improvement initiatives.
Contribute to internal initiatives that enhance product quality and user experience.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing digital products, web platforms, or mobile apps.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, responsive design, and modern design systems.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers and engineering teams.
Strong visual design sense and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Good English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Experience working with banking or financial systems is a strong advantage.
Experience working in Agile product development environments.
Experience using AI-assisted design tools to improve productivity and design workflows is a strong advantage.
