About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX/Web Designer to join our team for multiple inhouse projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their experience in designing intuitive user interfaces, enhancing user experiences, and delivering clean, responsive web designs.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and UI mockups optimised for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Maintain and enhance the company's digital presence through clean and modern web designs.
- Ensure consistency in design elements and user experience across all digital platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of design ideas.
Requirements
- 35 years of proven experience in UI/UX and web design, preferably in a tech or IT services environment.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, or similar.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and front-end frameworks (basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus).
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail, typography, spacing, and color.
- Ability to translate complex user requirements into intuitive and functional designs.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work setup.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Agile teams or in cross-functional product environments.
- Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, or other CMS tools.
- Knowledge of accessibility and web usability standards.
