Key Responsibilities
As a Web Delivery Leader (WDL), you will be responsible for leading AEM authoring tasks for global websites. Additionally, you will provide training to other team members, communicate with the Project Management Office (PMO) in Korea, document project procedures and progress, and handle issues as they arise.
Required Skillset
(1) Necessary to have
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in website operation or development projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Front-end skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Advanced proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Experience with Content Management System platforms such as Teamsite, SDL Tridion, AEM, or Sitecore.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with excellent Excel skills.
- Proficiency in either English or Korean communication (both verbal and written).
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
(2) Preferred to have
- Proficiency in speaking and writing Korean.
- Advanced proficiency in Ajax and JSP.
- Proficiency in Bootstrap, Vue.js, Sass, and AngularJS.
- Intermediate proficiency in Java and Python.
