Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Web Content Writer at 8JJ Cricket Company Limited, located in Phng Tho in. The Web Content Writer will be responsible for creating high-quality web content, developing content strategies, and managing content across various digital platforms. The role includes tasks such as conducting thorough research, producing well-structured written materials, and collaborating with team members to ensure content aligns with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
1.Website Content Writing & Optimization:
- Write blog posts, landing pages, and PR articles introducing products/services based on the content plan.
- Structure content for the web (headings, short paragraphs, bullet points, CTAs) to ensure readability.
- Perform basic SEO optimization: headings, internal links, keywords/search intent (title/meta when required).
2.Research & Outline Development:
- Research topics, compile information, and propose article outlines & content angles.
- Analyze reader/search intent and suggest content that meets search needs.
3.CMS Content Management:
- Upload and manage content on the website (WordPress/Shopify/other CMS), format posts, insert images, alt text, and internal links.
- Check display on mobile/desktop before publishing.
4.Team Collaboration:
- Work with SEO/Marketing/Design teams to receive briefs and revise content based on feedback.
- Suggest suitable visuals/infographics when needed.
5.Content Optimization & Updates:
- Update/refresh existing content as required (revise information, improve structure, add data).
- Proofread for spelling, logic, and content consistency.
Qualifications
- Experience in web content writing (blog/landing pages/PR) and understanding of website content structure.
- Writing portfolio (links) is required/preferred.
- Clear, coherent writing with proper grammar and spelling; able to write in multiple tones (informative persuasive instructional).
- Basic SEO knowledge (preferred): understanding keywords/search intent, headings, internal links; ability to optimize content for web standards.
- Foreign language skills (a plus): good English or Chinese.
- Proactive, deadline-oriented, receptive to feedback, and eager to learn.
Salary: 12M - 15M VND/month
